How To Access Rtsp Stream
UniFi Video & RTSP: within the UniFi Video interface, RTSP can be enabled. In this case, the video is streamed to the UniFi Video interface and then can be re-streamed back out to a third party program. To enable, go to Cameras Select Camera Manage RTSP and tap the toggle to enable. The RTSP URL will appear when it is enabled. You also cannot access an RTSP stream on your browser natively. You need an MP4 or MPEG stream in order to view a cam on a dashboard. Some IP cameras will dual-cast with an MP4 stream also but if it doesn't, you will have to have some other software generate an MP4 stream from the RTSP. History – view a log of streaming events; Details. RTSP URL: the live stream URL of your IP camera. Different types of cameras have different URL formats, so you will need to find the RTSP URL that is correct for your camera stream. The URL may have a username/password in it as well.
just got me a HM311 camera. all set up ok using the phone app, but i've been trying to access the local rtsp stream so i can add it into my synology surveillance station DVR, but im having problems figuring it out.
i can access the cloud stream via http://heimlink.heimvision.com/ on my desktop just fine, but i cant work out the rtsp stream address using wireshark. when i try to add the camera to surveillance station, it detects an ONVIF camera, but theres no picture when i try to view it.
finally, how do i change the default local 'admin' account from a blank password? i cant see anywhere in the phone app (android version) - i dont feel comfortable having it wide open like that.

Firstly, confirm your PC and cameras are in the same router internet.
Secondly, input the url in the url address:
HD model:
rtsp://192.168.1.118/user=admin&password=&channel=1&stream=0.554
SD model:
rtsp://192.168.1.118/user=admin&password=&channel=0&stream=0.554
192.168.1.118 is the IP address that you have achieved from the first procedure.
It replies a login box, input user name: admin, and the password is empty
Then press the Enter key, you can watch the real-time video.

rtsp://admin:@192.168.1.xxx/MainStream
is this url any different to the one you suggested?
also, can i change the default admin user from a blank password to something else at all?

The HMD2 camera doesn't support the usage with iSpy.

I also like to know how to change the password for camera and how to login to camera setup using http. Also want to know how to disable ONVIF due to reported security vulnerability. Can this camera be added to CamHi?
